Designed by an award-winning Malaysian architect and styled by a leading Australian interior designer, the 18,000 sq ft residence spans five levels, bringing together contemporary architecture, antique Thai details and open views across sea and sky.
Across eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, every bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom, smart TV and sea views. An optional ninth temporary room can be created from the study for larger groups, while the villa’s stated guest capacity remains 16.
A private lift provides wheelchair-friendly access to the principal bedroom, theatre and pool levels, while the gated estate offers 24-hour security. A private cinema, rooftop sunset bar, poolside games area and generous entertaining spaces make the villa equally suited to family holidays, group retreats, weddings and corporate events.

Villa Skyfall accommodates up to 16 guests across eight bedrooms. Groups can choose a 4-, 6- or 8-suite package, and every package includes exclusive use of the villa; bedrooms outside the selected package are simply locked.

Yes. Breakfast cooked to order or continental is included daily for all guests.
